About Us

Dr. Mike Finn has been practicing in Campbell River since 1994. He graduated from General Dentistry from the University of Western Ontario in 1993.

His easy going manner and friendly personality help make his patients feel at ease and his special rapport with children is a great asset to his already successful family practice.

Dr. Finn offers state of the art restorative treatments and he is very aware that dentistry must fit into the life style and life stages that his patients are experiencing.

Dr. Finn believes that successful dental treatment involves a multi-disciplinary approach. Aspects of Orthodontics, Periodontics, Endodontics and so on, must be considered in order to solve a dental problem. In order to “facilitate” this for his patients, Dr. Finn is always upgrading his skills. He has taken extensive continuing educational training through the Ickert Dental Implant Centre in Langley, BC, the Kois Center in Seattle, WA, and, most recently, an extensive IV Sedation course in Tucson Arizona. His continued upgrading in Endodontic Therapy means he can complete more difficult root canal treatments right in his office, without the need for a referral to an out-of-town specialist.

Dr. Finn and his wife, Marketa, have two teenage children. The family is active in the Campbell River Sports and Dance Community. They volunteer and lend their support to many community organizations, such as the Campbell River Tyee Club, Campbell River Minor Hockey, Campbell River Dance Extreme and Cameryn’s Cause. Dr. Finn is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fishing and hunting.
